Job DescriptionAs a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns and sales team. You will assist in various tasks that contribute to the growth of our brand and the achievement of our sales goals. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up communications with sales leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Identify and prospect potential customers through research and outreach efforts.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain referral sources to expand our network and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations.
- Support general administrative tasks related to the marketing and sales departments.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
